What do I do if my package was “returned to sender”?

In the case that your package is returned to us due to an invalid address or forwarding issue, you are able to pay for a new shipping label with the correct address to have your items reshipped to you. We do NOT cover return package costs if we are not at fault for the mistake. (missing apartment or house numbers, incorrect spelling, missed abbreviations, incorrect zip code, etc.)

What should I do if my package was lost/stolen?

Once your package has been shipped out via USPS or UPS we are not responsible for any lost/stolen items as it is now in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier customer service directly for help on a missing order. Items are not guaranteed to be replaced/refunded. Please email us at for further information.
